Welcome to Catalogix ("the Platform," "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product and related services.
By registering for an account or using our platform, you ("User," "Seller," "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
To use Catalogix, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Catalogix operates on a subscription-based model. Sellers may choose from various packages provided by the Admin. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein.
We use third-party payment gateways for processing payments. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
We may offer free trials for a limited period. Upon expiration of the free trial, access to premium features will be restricted until a subscription plan is purchased. Refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of the Platform owner.
As a Seller, you are solely responsible for the products you list, their pricing, and the fulfillment of orders received via WhatsApp. You agree to provide honest information and comply with all applicable local laws, including consumer protection and tax regulations.

Company Content: All trademarks, logos, and software code related to Catalogix are the property of the Company.
User Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content to provide the service.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, perform maintenance, and update the Platform at any time without prior notice.
The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, payment processors). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in activities that harm the Platform's reputation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catalogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold Catalogix harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your User Content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
